International Shipping

Additional shipping charges apply for international orders and non-continental U.S. destinations. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated before shipment.

Custom wreaths are designed specifically for each customer and often require special materials and personalized design work.

Once materials have been ordered or production has begun:

• Orders cannot be canceled.
• Design modifications may be limited.

RussellWreaths reserves the right to decline custom requests that cannot reasonably be completed within the requested timeline or design specifications.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Situations eligible for review include:

• Product arrives damaged
• Incorrect item received
• Significant quality concerns

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the packaging materials

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may only be canceled before materials have been purchased and work has begun.

Customers should expect minor variations including:

• Decorative accents
• Natural material characteristics
• Color variations due to monitor and screen settings

These differences are normal and help make each wreath a one-of-a-kind creation.

To maximize wreath longevity:

• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
• Protect from heavy rain and harsh weather.
• Store indoors when not in use.
• Bring indoors during severe weather conditions.

Many materials used in our wreaths are seasonal and may become unavailable throughout the year.

RussellWreaths reserves the right to substitute similar materials while maintaining the overall appearance, quality, style, and value of the design.

All photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of RussellWreaths.
